Absolut APeach & Level

Will there ever be an end to it??? Keep it coming!!!

No Subject

Today was a good day for me... never been out for the whole day since March. Caught Din, Jack n Adrienne at United Sq to go buy a toy for Adrienne... becoz they felt bad that they had to hold her down while the nurse stuck a tube into her tiny nose to extract mucus/phlegm when they brought Adrienne to the doctor earlier this morning as she had difficulty sleeping last night. So anyway, they finally settled for a baby Elmo's softtoy which will play some melodies when u press it.

After that was lunch, and shopping for bbq stuffs and back to Levelz to relac n wait for the bbq to start. Headed to the gym for a little workout and I can feel my body aching a little by the time I left... signs of aging? Nah.. I think its more of too much nua-ing at home.. eat n sleep everyday.. causing every hard muscle I once have to go soft :(

*must go gym more often!!!*

The rain didn't stop until 8+pm.. then the guys went downstairs to start the fire and we decided that we'll bbq the food and bring it up to eat cos everywhere is wet downstairs. No time was wasted, everything was up n running .. fire started, chicken wings skewered, sausages buttered, meat marinated etc and we cooked the food .. all in under an hour. Then it was time for the FA Cup Finals.. Arsenal vs Man U.. really a one sided game I must say: One sided for Man U because they kept attacking but no goals for them; One sided game for Arsenal cos everythign went in their favour.. the referee, linesmen, luck. This is really the first time in years since I watched a match go from Full-time to extra-time and then to penalty shootout.. and the best part.. Arsenal won! 5-4 on penalty shootout LoL .. Man U really deserved to win though I don't like them.. seeing Arsenal win this way aint much of a honour/glory though I quite support them. Oh well, life is just full of contradiction as I like to put it :)

Some lines I saw on Lauren's blog (sorry ah.. never ask u den I just take n use.)

The Positive Side of Life
- Living on Earth is expensive, but it does include a free trip around the sun every year.
- How long a minute is depends on what side of the bathroom door you're on.
- Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open.
- Most of us go to our grave with our music still inside of us.
- You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.
- Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.
- Don't cry because it's over; smile because it happened.
- A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.

Speaking of which, below are some songs I'll want them to be played on my funeral:

Sony reveals PlayStation 3

In a glitzy event Monday at Sony's Los Angeles film studios, the company unveiled its PlayStation 3 and released eagerly anticipated details about the console. The device will reach store shelves in spring 2006, said the company, which hasn't yet released pricing information.

Out of the box, PlayStation 3 will have the capability to support seven Bluetooth controllers, which will be usable for nearly 24 hours before recharging is needed, according to GameSpot. A typical boomerang-shaped controller will have six USB slots for peripherals, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity to the PSP, which will be usable as a remote screen or controller.

Sony said the new console will have wireless controllers, a detachable 2.5-inch hard drive, slots for compact flash and Sony's memory stick media, and a built-in Wi-Fi connection for linking up to the PlayStation Portable. Click here for a full list of specs.

At the core of Sony's new game machine is the Cell chip. With a radical new design that includes nine separate processors, with one controlling "brain" that will divvy up tasks among the other eight, the Cell has been touted by developers as a middle ground between the traditionally separate graphics processors and central processors, with advantages over both.

The PlayStation 3 will come in white, silver and black. The console is built around a new chip touted as being at least as fast as those in the most powerful PCs on the market today. The chip, called Cell, was developed by IBM and Toshiba.

To: Teresa Teng

Ok I know this came abit late.. but in loving memory of Teresa Teng..

...

I supposed no one will ever like the silence before a storm. The air is still, you're feeling stuffy... and god knows when the storm will come. It's just like being in the eye of a hurricane ... calm in the middle.. but full of sh*t on the outside.

My current situation is just like that.. I have no idea when the storm will come. Why cant we just get it over n done with? Moreover, I simply have no direction in life. No objectives, no idea where I'm heading.

*Try asking yourself, what is it that you want* - I've tried.. but I can't seem to find an answer.. can anyone help? I don't think so... I'm feeling so tired.. I wished that I can just sleep my troubles away..

random rant

When you're smilin'
When you're smilin'
The whole world smiles with you.
And when you're laughin'
When you're laughin'
The sun comes shinin' through.

When you're cryin',
You bring on the rain,
So, stop your sighin',
Won't you be happy again!

When you're smiling,
Keep on smilin'
And the whole world smiles with you
